Where Is My Order?Updated a year ago

If you placed an order while signed into your account, you can view your order status by going to:

My Account > Orders

Here you can view tracking information, order details, and view your shipping address.

Please note: Orders typically take 1 business day (Mon-Fri) to process. Please note that orders stop processing around 1 pm CST. 

Once an order is placed you can expect a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order, and it has begun processing. When the order has shipped you will receive tracking information.
